Who we are

 

Maxwell Place Condominiums is a 68-unit residential building located next to the beautiful Carroll Creek Park in the Historic District of downtown Frederick, Maryland (founded in 1745). Our city is the second-largest incorporated city in Maryland. However, it still has a friendly, small-town personality in many ways. Frederick is located approximately 40 miles (click to display a regional map) from Washington, DC, and Baltimore, Maryland. 

 

Our condo building rose to life and opened up to become home to our very first residents in late 2006. Many original owners moved here in 2007 and in subsequent years. Our residents enjoy walking to the numerous nearby amenities available in our area: restaurants, theaters, shopping, city parks, museums, galleries, state, county, & city government buildings, as well as walking just over one block east to the MARC Brunswick Line train station to catch a ride to the DC area for employment or make a day of it "playing tourist" in our Nation's Capital, visiting its many art galleries, museums, iconic buildings, monuments, and landmarks.
